About the Speakers

Paula Mestre has wide experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and has been involved on designing new services and products from early stages. She enjoys bringing the user point of view to the discussion and learning from different methodologies and technologies. 

Luke Burrows has experience in the design and delivery of many cross digital projects ranging from travel research to eCommerce. His understanding of collaborative design has played a key role in the inclusion of all stakeholders including clients, internal departments and of course users to deliver quality design from inception to completion.
